Adult Autism + ADHD Assessment
Individuals who are diagnosed with both Autism and ADHD (AuDHD) often experience a overlap of symptoms. These shared challenges commonly include social difficulties, heightened sensory sensitivities, and significant issues with executive functions, such as planning, organisation, and time management.
A notable aspect of this co-occurrence is the combination of potentially conflicting traits, such as a strong reliance on routine coupled with an impulsive need for novelty, or intense focus on special interests that may shift periodically. Furthermore, emotional dysregulation and rejection sensitive dysphoria (RSD) are common in both conditions, and these issues can often be amplified when the conditions co-occur.
Our online AuDHD assessment is for clients Australia wide, over 18 years old, consists of 1 x 4-hour session via Telehealth. You will be asked to complete some questionnaires prior to the session. During the session, you will be asked a series of questions relating to your experiences.
