"We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them" Albert Einstein

I am privileged to support clients in their treatment journeys, whether making meaningful changes or finding closure from painful experiences.

I see therapy as a collaborative journey between client and therapist, and while it can sometimes be confronting, my primary role is to create a  environment for us to address the concerns that have led you to seek support.

I have experience assisting clients navigating challenges related to ADHD, Autism, depression, anxiety, panic, chronic health issues, life transitions, workplace stress, and relationship difficulties.

I have experience in diverse settings, including private practice, EAP and non-profit organisations.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, connecting with nature, and enjoying a good cup of coffee.

I look forward to the opportunity of working with you.

My style:

From the initial appointment, a person-centred, non-judgmental approach is taken with each client, recognising that each individual has unique life experiences. After establishing a mutual understanding of the client’s history, concerns, and intervention goals, collaboration occurs to determine how to work together to facilitate helpful and meaningful change.

Our Mission

Our core mission here at Bonacci Practice, is to provide support to our clients as they navigate the various challenges life inevitably presents. Our aim goes beyond simply offering assistance; we strive to empower them with practical skills and valuable information that will enable them to effectively manage their mental wellbeing, especially during difficult periods.

We believe in equipping individuals with the most effective mental tools, fostering their ability to live their lives to the fullest. Our approach emphasises learning and growth from these experiences, ultimately facilitating forward movement and resilience. Our values:

Knowledge: We aspire to never stop learning and growing and we want you to know more about yourself than you did before commencing therapy and/or assessment. Sometimes knowledge involves adding skills and information and other times it involves stripping away unhelpful beliefs, others’ opinions or the past.

Self-Compassion: Promoting a pleasant emotional attitude toward oneself that includes feelings of kindness towards self and others.  Self-compassion focuses on accepting ourselves for the skills, abilities and traits that we already possess and not allowing failures to define our worth.

Personalised: We understand that each individual’s life journey is unique to them. Our approach centers on personalising the therapy experience for you.
