Hi, I’m Lorin,
I am a registered psychologist with experience in diverse settings, including private practice and non-profit organisations.
My work involves supporting adults from various backgrounds, including those in rural and remote areas, individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse communities, and those who identify as neurodiverse. I have experience assisting clients navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, panic, chronic health issues, life transitions, workplace stress, and relationship difficulties.
As a therapist, I strive to be empathetic and take a holistic approach. I aim to guide clients in overcoming self-limiting thoughts and behaviours that may stem from past family and societal influences. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my family, connecting with nature, and enjoying a good cup of coffee.
My main areas of expertise:
- Stress, Anxiety, and Depression
- Long-term Health Concerns and Pain
- ADHD and Autism
In my practice, I foster a collaborative, compassionate, and empathic environment. My goal is to provide a safe space where individuals feel their unique mind is understood and cared for.
